Italian poet and dramatist of Renaissance (1474–1533) named «Orlando Furioso»
is a tale of chivalry in verses, one of the recognized masterpieces of the world
literature. The catalogue includes also living editions of authors. For example,
tractate in theory of perspectives of the Italian painter and architect, representative
of Baroque Andrea Pozzo «Prospettiva de pittori et architetti. Parte Prima. – Roma:
Antonio de Roffi, 1702. – 103p: 102 ill.», virtuosic master of illusion paintings,
which masks the boundaries between real and «architecture painting».
The given index doesn’t pretend to total scope of editions in West-European
languages of XVI–XIX centuries keeping in the Scientific Library. In perspective, the
edition of the second part of the index is possible.
The index is intended for the wide range of specialists – scientists, teachers
students, bibliophiles, painters-graphic designers being interested in making the
book, etc.
